  • Return Policy
    This crowdfunded product is offered at a special price as a thank-you to our supporters. Due to high production and logistics costs, we are unable to accept refund requests once the product has shipped, except in special circumstances, to ensure the project proceeds smoothly. If you encounter any quality issues upon receiving your product, we will do our utmost to provide a replacement according to the following exchange policy, until you are completely satisfied. We are committed to maintaining transparency throughout the production and delivery process, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support!

  • Exchange Policy
    We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive a HOOKII product with any manufacturing defects or performance issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product, and we will gladly replace it for you at no additional cost.

    1. Repair Services Policy:

    For products that exceed the 30-day exchange window but are still within the warranty period and meet the repair conditions, we offer free repair services to ensure your product functions properly. Please refer to our detailed repair policy for more information.

    2. Extended Warranty for Northern Hemisphere Backers:

    We will honor our extended warranty commitments made during the Kickstarter campaign for certain regions, providing extended coverage for your product.

    For our crowdfunding backers in the Northern Hemisphere (Austria,Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States), we offer a warranty service starting from March 2025. This reflects our confidence in product quality and serves as a token of gratitude for your enduring support.

    4. Data Card Usage Period:

    The starting point for the data card usage period is set for January 2025. However, if you activate your device before this date, the data usage will commence from the actual activation date. This ensures that you can fully utilize every bit of data and enjoy a seamless online experience.

    5. Additional purchased accessories Policy

    Please be aware that additional accessories purchased are not included in our warranty policy.

  • Packaging Recommendations

    To ensure your product remains undamaged during the repair or exchange process, we recommend keeping the original packaging. Improper packaging may lead to damage during transportation, and any related costs may be your responsibility. To avoid any inconvenience, please make sure the product is securely packaged.
