Payment Declined? Here's What to Do.

If your payment is declined, you will need to place a new order. Unfortunately, once a payment is declined, we are unable to recover the order.

To ensure your new order is successful, we recommend checking the following:

Order Information Verification:

Before submitting your order, double-check all order details such as phone number, email address, and ensure your full name is provided if delivering to a business address.

Credit Card Details:

Verify your credit card information for accuracy, including the expiration date and billing address.

Enter the Correct Security Code:

Input the correct security code (CVV) located on the back of your credit card.

Contact Your Card Issuer:

Sometimes, payments are declined by your card issuer without specific reasons provided to us. It’s advisable to contact your card issuer to verify and resolve any issues on their end.

If you have checked all the above information and still encounter issues, consider trying an alternative card or payment method to complete your purchase. This approach can help ensure a smooth transaction for your order.
