Installation Q&A

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

What should I do if the mower fails to connect?

Weak WiFi signals may cause connection failures, but the Neomow X comes with a built-in 4G card. If you experience poor WiFi connectivity, we recommend trying the following solutions:

  • Disable the WiFi settings; the machine will automatically switch to 4G.

  • Move the machine closer to your home router to enhance the WiFi signal.

  • Use your phone's hotspot to configure WiFi for the machine.

Do I need to create multiple charging paths for different areas?

No, you only need to create one recharge path. Different areas are connected via passages, and the robotic mower will navigate through these passages and return to the charging station using the recharge path.

Can the edges of different areas overlap?

Yes, the edges of different areas can overlap to maximize mowing coverage. However, note that the overlapping area will be mowed twice.

How can I prevent the mower from missing any spots?

The mower will mark any missed paths and revisit those areas once it has completed mowing the entire area.

What should I do if I received an insufficient number of pegs?

We provide 12 nails, but only 6 are needed to fix the charging station. If you receive less than 6 nails, you can temporarily use other nails or contact our customer service team (service@hookii.com) for replacement.
