How to Exchange an Item
To initiate an exchange, please click here to fill out the exchange request form and upload the necessary documents. After submission, Hookii will review your request within 24-48 hours. Once approved, we will email you the return address (and possibly a return shipping label if it meets our return policy) along with detailed return instructions. Simply take your item to the designated shipping station and send it back.
Important Note: During the review process, Hookii customer service may contact you via email to verify return details. Please check your inbox and spam folders to avoid missing any emails, as this could potentially delay the return process.
