Suitable Operating Temperature Range:
The mower operates best within temperatures ranging from 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F). Similarly, the battery charging temperature range is also 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F). Avoid operating the mower outside of these optimal temperature ranges.
Compatible Lawn Conditions:
Ensure the lawn surface is level with minimal unevenness, ideally no more than ±5cm in height variation. The mower is suitable for grass heights up to 15cm. For taller grass, trim it down to 15cm before using the rough terrain mode.
Handling Uneven Terrain:
The Neomow X features unique dual front-drive wheels (240mm in diameter, 61mm wide) made of puncture-resistant, durable materials and equipped with anti-slip tire treads. Its powerful brushless motor provides sufficient power for navigating gravel paths and uneven surfaces.
Working in Rainy Conditions:
With an IPX5 waterproof rating, the Neomow X can withstand moderate rain. If rain is detected and rain mode isn't enabled in the app, the mower will stop mowing and return to the charging dock. Enabling rain mode allows the Neomow X to continue operations during light rain. Please note, for long-term stability and performance, extended use of the mower in rainy conditions is not recommended.
