Possible reasons:
1. Improper deployment or establishment of the return-to-dock path for the charging station.
2. Obstacles on or along the return-to-dock path.
3. The emergency stop button was pressed, preventing the lawn mower from automatically returning to the dock.
4. Someone is standing in front of the charging station while the lawn mower is trying to dock.
5. Loss of positioning by the lawn mower.
We suggest trying the following:
1. Ensure that the charging station deployment meets specifications, including having 0.5 meters of clear space on each side and 2 meters of unobstructed space in front of the station. The minimum width of the return-to-dock path should be 77 cm. If it is not compliant, adjust the path and charging station deployment.
2. Check for and remove any obstacles near the charging station and return-to-dock path.
3. Release the emergency stop status.
4. During the docking process, ensure that there are no obstacles or people blocking the path in front of the charging station.
5. Move the lawn mower back to the charging station to re-establish its position.
