Product Introduction
The Neomow X is an advanced robotic lawn mower with LiDAR SLAM navigation for precise, wire-free positioning and mapping. It uses LiDAR and visual sensors to avoid obstacles and identify small animals for safety. For more details, click here or refer to the Neomow X User Manual.
What's In the Box
Preparation Before Use
Plan Your Yard: Draw a sketch of your courtyard and mark the location of charging station, work area, passage, recharge path, and No-Go zone on the sketch for future reference.
Clear Debris: Clean up debris on the lawn, such as branches, toys, wires, stones, and other obstacles.
Level the Lawn: Fill in the pits on the lawn and level the lawn.
Initial Mowing: Before using the lawn mower, trim your lawn until the lawn height is ≤ 10 cm/4 in.
Installing the Charging Station
Installation Instructions
To install the charging station for the Neomow X, choose a flat, unobstructed location near a power source. Connect and secure the charging station in place.

Installation Tips
Ensure that the charging station, when installed on a site, is provided with an unobstructed space of 0.5m on both sides and 2m in front, and the charging station should also be provided with a gentle space of 1.5m around and 2m in front, with a tilt angle of less than 5 °
Maintain a 20 cm distance between the charging station and the wall if installed against a wall.
Use ground pads or pegs to secure the charging station.
Starting the Device
Place Neomow X on the installed charging station.
Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the mower to automatically start. During startup, the HOOKII light appears blue.
When the HOOKII indicator light turns blue and stays on, it indicates that the startup is completed and the Neomow X can be used normally.
During this time, download the app and connect your device by following these steps.
Connecting the Device to the App
Download the app from the download center or Google Play/App Store and register an account.
Open your phone's Bluetooth and the Neomow app, then add and connect the mower.
Weak WiFi signals may cause connection failures, but the Neomow X comes with a built-in 4G card. If you experience poor WiFi connectivity, we recommend trying the following solutions:
Disable WiFi settings, and the machine will automatically switch to 4G.
Move the machine closer to your home router to enhance the WiFi signal.
Use your phone's hotspot to configure WiFi for the machine.

Setting Mowing Parameters
The default mode is ALL Zone, where one set of parameters applies to all mowing areas. For different mowing heights and speeds in various areas, choose Custom Zone mode. Select an area and click edit to configure parameters individually.
Selecting Mowing Mode
Neomow X supports four mowing modes. For first-time mowing, we recommend Land Clearing Mode.

Adjusting Mowing Height
Neomow X can cut grass up to 15 cm high with an adjustable range of 3 cm to 8.5 cm.
Adjusting Mowing Angle
Adjusting the mowing angle can create different patterns on the lawn. The angle range is 0°-90°, with a default of 0°. Changing the angle periodically helps prevent soil compression from repeated mowing patterns.
Setting a Mowing Schedule
Set a mowing schedule to allow the mower to operate automatically according to your timetable, maintaining the lawn even when you’re not home.

Environmental Considerations
The suitable operating temperature for the lawn mower and battery is 0°C-45℃ (32°F-113°F), respectively. Never operate in an environment beyond the appropriate range.
The battery is preferably stored at -20℃-45℃ (-4°F-113° F), and must not be stored in an environment beyond the appropriate range.
The lawn mower should be preferably stored at -20℃-60℃(-4°F-140℉), and must not be stored in an environment beyond the appropriate range.
Human Factors
Do not allow children or pets to ride on the mower to avoid accidents.
