Usage One Coupon per Order:
Each order can use only one coupon.
Product and Quantity Restrictions:
Coupons may apply to specific products and purchase quantities. Some products or quantities may not be eligible for coupon use.
Expiration:
Every coupon has an expiration date. Coupons that exceed their validity period will become invalid. You can view coupon details, including validity dates, in "My Account" under "My Gift Cards and Coupons".
Other Terms Personal Use:
Some coupons are linked to your HOOKII account and cannot be shared with others. For assistance, please contact customer service.
Non-Monetary Value:
Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or requested as discounted invoices.
Refunds:
For orders using coupons, if a product is refunded, the coupon amount will be refunded to your account after the refund process is completed.
