The HOOKII online store sells and ships products exclusively to end-user customers. You may not commercially distribute, publish, license, or resell any products or services obtained from the HOOKII online store.
If we detect any of the following violations before the goods are shipped or received, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund to the original account:
The number of products ordered using the same HOOKII account exceeds the purchase limit;
A single account does not violate the purchase limit, but the individual is identified (through payment accounts, delivery addresses, IP addresses, phone numbers, or other means) as being associated with multiple accounts that collectively exceed the purchase limit;
HOOKII receives notification from the credit card issuer or PayPal that the transaction is fraudulent;
HOOKII determines that the purchase was made through improper means or finds evidence that the order was not legitimately placed.
