Winter Storage Recommendations
1. Battery Charging:
Ensure the battery is fully charged to protect it and prevent natural discharge losses.
2. Turn Off Main Power Switch:
Set the main power switch to the off position to prevent accidental startup or power consumption.
3. Thoroughly Clean Mower:
Before storage, thoroughly clean the Neomow X mower, including blades, blade disc, wheels, LiDAR, cameras, and other components. This prevents dirt from accumulating and causing damage over time.
4. Unplug Main Power Cord:
Disconnect the power plug from the main power socket to ensure the mower is completely disconnected from the power source.
5. Disconnect from Charging Station:
If using a charging station, disconnect the mower from the charging station.
6. Suitable Storage Temperature:
Store the mower in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 45°C (-4°F to 113°F). Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity during storage.
7. Regular Charging:
For long-term storage, it's recommended to fully charge the Neomow X every six months to maintain battery health.
8. Store Flat:
During storage, lay the mower flat to ensure all four wheels are evenly on the ground.
Preparation After Winter or Long-Term Storage Preparation before Use
1. Power Off:
Ensure the mower and charging base are powered off, with the main power switch turned off and the plug removed from the socket.
2. Clean Mower and Base:
Use a soft cotton cloth or fine brush to clean the mower and base. Pay special attention to cleaning the charging electrodes and contact points to ensure they are free from dirt, enhancing charging efficiency and preventing any disruptions during charging.
3. Check Battery Status:
Perform necessary charging to ensure the battery is fully charged.
4. Pre-Use Inspection:
Before operation, inspect all parts and functions of the mower to ensure everything is in working order. Check critical components like blades, blade disc, wheels, LiDAR, and cameras for cleanliness and ensure they are free from damage or obstructions.
5. Test Run:
Before actual use, conduct a brief test run to ensure all functions of the mower operate correctly.
