If your working area is far from the Wi-Fi signal, the connection may become weak or unstable, leading to potential Wi-Fi disconnections during use. (The typical indoor range for a home Wi-Fi router is approximately 30-50 meters, and this range may extend further in open outdoor spaces depending on the performance of the Wi-Fi module.)
To avoid interruptions and ensure a seamless mowing experience, we recommend switching the machine to 4G mode before starting the mowing task. This will provide a more stable connection and minimize the risk of disconnections.
Please note:
If the machine moves out of the WiFi signal range during a mowing task, it will automatically switch to 4G. This process may take 3 to 5 minutes, during which the app may show the machine as offline. Rest assured, this will not interrupt the ongoing mowing task.
If the machine does not automatically connect to 4G after 5 minutes, please contact us for assistance in troubleshooting.
