Can Neomow X operate if 4G signal is poor and there is no WiFi available?

Currently, the Neomow X mower relies on either 4G or WiFi for remote control and operation. If the 4G signal is poor and no WiFi connection is available, the mower may not function properly for remote operations.

Can the 4G SIM card be replaced?

Yes, you can replace the 4G SIM card in the Neomow X. Ensure to configure the correct APN (Access Point Name) settings to ensure proper network connectivity.

How can I renew the 4G card subscription?

You can renew the Neomow X's 4G card subscription through the services provided by HOOKII, a service provider specializing in network connectivity and related services for Neomow X.

If there is no 4G network, can Neomow X still operate normally?

If you choose not to use the 4G network, you can ensure Neomow X operates normally by connecting it to your home WiFi. With a stable WiFi connection, Neomow X can continue its scheduled mowing tasks and remote control operations.

How can Neomow X operate with a pre-created map?

If you have already created a map, you can make Neomow X operate as follows:

  • Manually press the MOW + OK buttons on the mower to start it.

  • Set up mowing schedules in advance under network conditions to let Neomow X execute mowing tasks according to the schedule.

Can I check the balance of the 4G card?

Currently, we are developing a feature to check the balance. You will receive notifications through the app when your data usage is low.
