What is the refund process?

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, Hookii engineers will inspect it. If an issue is found, we will generate a damage report and communicate the refund amount with you. If no issues are found, we will proceed with your refund. The refund process typically takes about 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Why does the refund amount differ from what I paid?

There are a few reasons why the refund amount might differ from what you originally paid:

  1. Exchange Rate Differences: Hookii charges in USD or EUR. If you paid in a different currency, your bank converted the amount based on the exchange rate on the day of payment. When we issue a refund, we do so in USD or EUR, and any fluctuations in the exchange rate between the payment and refund dates may cause a difference in the amount you receive in your local currency.

  2. Bank Fees: Your bank may charge transaction fees. Please contact your bank for more detailed information.
