Background Information
The hub nuts on the drive wheels are factory-treated with a low-strength threadlocker to facilitate easier maintenance and disassembly later.
However, under certain conditions—including during transportation—the nuts may gradually loosen over time.
If you find that a drive wheel has fallen off during use, please follow the steps below:
Steps to Take
-
Check for Other Damage Besides the Wheel Falling Off
Carefully inspect the drive wheel and surrounding parts for any additional damage. If you find other damage, please take photos and send them to us so we can arrange after-sales support.
If there is no other damage, please proceed to the next step.
Maintenance and Re-tightening the Nut
Please refer to our Drive Wheel Regular Maintenance Guide.
Follow the guide to apply threadlocker (recommended: LOCTITE 243 or equivalent), re-tighten the hub nut, and reinstall the wheel.
Routine Maintenance Advice
To ensure the long-term safety and reliability of your device, we recommend checking the tightness of the drive wheel hub nuts at least once every 2 months as part of your regular maintenance to prevent loosening and wheel detachment.
