Troubleshooting: Mower Gets Stuck in a Passage That Is Wide Enough

Neomow X series mowers are designed to navigate passages with a minimum width of 77cm. If the passage is narrower than 77cm, the mower will not be able to pass through.

If your passage is wider than 77cm but the mower still gets stuck or triggers an obstacle warning, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check the environment above and around the passage

   • Look for overhanging branches, extended twigs, or tall grass on both sides of the passage.

   • Such objects may be detected by the LiDAR sensor and misidentified as obstacles.

   • We recommend trimming or clearing these potential obstructions first.

2. Provide real-world photos

   • If the issue persists after checking the environment, please take photos of the mower when it gets stuck in the passage.

   • Be sure to capture both the area above the mower and the sides of the passage, so that our engineers can make a proper assessment.
