Issue Description
You may experience frequent anti-theft alerts even when your mower is stationary on the charging station placed on a flat surface.
Cause
This issue is related to the sensitivity settings of the built-in anti-theft sensor. Currently, the sensitivity level may be set higher than optimal, which can lead to false alerts being triggered.
Our engineering team is actively testing and calibrating a more appropriate sensitivity threshold. Once the validation is complete, we will release a firmware update to address this issue.
Temporary Solution
To prevent frequent alerts in the meantime, we recommend temporarily disabling the anti-theft feature.
Steps:
- Open the app and go to your device card
- Navigate to Anti-theft Management
- Turn off the Anti-theft Alert toggle
