Troubleshooting: HOOKII Light Cannot Be Turned Off

If you are experiencing an issue where the HOOKII machine light cannot be turned off, please follow the steps below:

1. Check the Light Mode

Currently, the machine supports two light modes:

• Night Adaptation: During the time period you set, the brightness will be reduced, but the light will not turn off completely.

• Turn Off on Schedule: The light will automatically turn off during the time period you set.

2. Verify Your Settings

If you have selected Turn Off on Schedule, but the light still does not turn off within the scheduled time period, please do the following:

1. Open the Light Settings page.

2. Confirm that Turn Off on Schedule is selected and that the time period is correctly set.
