If your mower displays the alert “Blade Disc Lift Motor Initialization Failure”, please follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.
🔍 Step 1: Check the Drive Wheels

Manually rotate both drive wheels and observe whether they move smoothly.
If the wheels do NOT rotate smoothly:
- Remove the wheel(s).
- Inspect the inner side of the wheel and internal structure.
- Check for any:
- Physical damage
- Debris or obstruction

Abnormal resistance
If the wheels rotate smoothly:
- Proceed to Step 2.
🔍 Step 2: Check the Caster Wheel
- Manually rotate the caster wheel (rear wheel).
Please confirm:
- The caster wheel rotates freely without resistance
- There is no rubbing or scraping against the outer shell
- It can move up and down normally (no stiffness or blockage)

🔍 Step 3: Check the STOP Button
- Ensure that the STOP button has not been pressed.
- If it is pressed, release it and restart the mower.
