Issue:
Your mower fails to dock properly at the charging station.
Possible Causes:
The charging station entrance is too narrow, preventing the mower from properly recognizing or aligning with the station.
An incorrectly installed garage (rain shelter) interferes with the mower’s turning and docking.
The charging station was moved after creating the recharge path, causing the mower to lose its reference.
The radar sensor is dirty or covered with water droplets (dew), affecting the mower’s ability to detect and align with the charging station accurately.
Solutions:
-
Ensure proper charging station placement: Follow the instructions in the user manual. Leave sufficient space around the station in all directions. See example below:
Check garage installation: Make sure the garage is installed according to the recommended dimensions and distance requirements. Refer to this article for guidance: (How to install a rain cover(garage) for the charging station?)
Redraw the recharge path: If the charging station has been moved, please update the recharge path—either by modifying the existing path or creating a new one—so the mower can recognize the updated location. (How to Modify Mowing Areas, No-Go Zones, Recharge Path and Passage)
If the radar sensor is dirty or has water droplets on its surface, gently rinse it with clean water. Then, use a soft, lint-free cloth to carefully dry the sensor.
After cleaning, try docking again to see if the issue is resolved.
