This error alert may have been triggered because there are obstacles near your charging station, preventing the mower from correctly docking.
Step 1: Clear the charging station area
Please check the charging station environment carefully according to the deployment guidelines (see illustration below). Please keep at least 2 m (6.6 ft) of clear space in front of the charging station so the mower can align and adjust properly.
Remove any objects, grass, leaves, or obstacles around the charging station that may block the mower from docking properly.
After cleaning, press [OK] on the mower to clear the alarm and resume the task.
Step 2: Test charging
Allow the mower to attempt docking with the charging station again.
Observe whether it can return and connect to the station smoothly.
Step 3: Provide photos if the issue persists
If the mower is still unable to return to the charging station after cleaning the area, please take clear photos of the charging station environment.
