Issue:
If you see a “Permission Error” message and are unable to bind the mower to your account, this usually means the machine’s binding permissions need to be reset by our technical support team.
Steps to Resolve

Provide the Machine’s SN (Serial Number)
Locate your mower’s serial number and have it ready.

Submit Your Request to Support
Send the issue and detailed information to us either through our support ticket form or by email: support@hookii.com.

After Resetting Permissions
If the issue persists after we reset the binding permissions, please wait 3–5 minutes and try again.
Alternatively, you can restart the mower and re-enter the app to attempt the binding process again.
