Issue:
The mower may fail to connect to Bluetooth or may disconnect unexpectedly. In some cases, Bluetooth-related messages such as “Bluetooth connection anomaly” or “Bluetooth communication anomaly” may appear in the app.
Possible Causes and Solutions
1️⃣ Bluetooth Permission Not Enabled
The Neomow app requires access to your phone’s Bluetooth in order to communicate with the mower.
Solution:
Go to your phone’s settings → Apps → Neomow → enable Bluetooth access permission.
2️⃣ Manual Bluetooth Pairing Interferes with App Connection
Manually pairing the mower through your phone’s Bluetooth settings can prevent the Neomow app from detecting the mower.
Solution:
Disconnect any existing Neomow pairing from your phone’s Bluetooth list.
Do not manually pair the mower via phone settings.
Simply open the Neomow app and use the in-app button to connect. The app will automatically detect and connect to the mower via Bluetooth.
