If your mower is not cutting grass or if the blades stop rotating during operation, there's no need to worry. It is normal for the blades to stop spinning when the mower is moving through areas like pathways, charging routes, or before reaching the designated mowing zone.
However, if the mower does not issue any alerts but the blades have stopped, it could be due to thick or overgrown grass in your garden. This may cause the cutting motor to experience high current and automatically enter self-protection mode, stopping operation. To resolve this issue, we recommend:
- Raising the cutting height to reduce the load on the blades.
- Using other cutting tools to trim the grass to a height of 10 cm (4 inches) or below before resuming operation.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
