If you encounter a situation where the rain sensor is not working, please follow the steps below to check it and record a video of the process to send to us.
Please follow these steps to verify the sensor status via the app:
Open the Hookii App, connect to your mower, and go to the Device Details page.
Pour a small amount of water onto the rain sensor, ensuring it collects in the sensor groove.
Check the app to see if the "raining" animation interface appears (as shown in the example below).
✅ If the animation successfully changes to rain mode, the sensor is working correctly.
- ❌ If nothing changes, the sensor may not be responding. Please open the mower and check whether the cable connected to the rain sensor is loose (see video).

You may try securing the cable connection more firmly, then pour water onto the sensor to test if it works normally.
If the cable is neither damaged nor loose, and the sensor still does not work after testing, please contact our after-sales team.
Kindly record a video of the inspection process and send it to us so we can quickly assess the situation and provide a solution.
