Before starting the mapping process, make sure to remove the radar protective cover from the mower.
1. Check Bluetooth Connection
Map creation only works when the mower is connected via Bluetooth through the Neomow APP; do not add the mower manually in your phone’s Bluetooth list. Error: Bluetooth connection anomaly
Tip: If the mower is in any of the following states, mapping is not allowed:
Upgrade Mode, Error Mode, Pause Mode, Charging Mode, Working Mode.
Exit these states and place the mower back on the charging station to get positioning data before starting mapping.
2. Correct Mapping Operation
Make sure you tap the "Start Mapping" button before beginning the process.
The mower should move and draw green lines on the screen to indicate the mapped path.
After the mapping is completed, tap the "√" to save the map.
Following these steps should complete the mapping process successfully.
