Issue:
You may encounter positioning errors on your mower, displayed with codes such as:
Positioning lost (201) / Positioning anomaly (109, 207, 301, 302, 303, 310) / Positioning alarm (304, 305, 306, 307, 308)
These errors indicate that the mower is having trouble accurately detecting its position on the map.
Possible Causes and Solutions
1️⃣ Charging Station Moved
If the charging station has been relocated since the original map creation, the mower may lose accurate positioning.
Solution:
Delete the existing recharge path.
Redraw a new recharge path that matches the current location of the charging station.
2️⃣ Condensation or Water on the Radar Sensor
During humid or rainy conditions, condensation or water droplets on the radar sensor can interfere with boundary detection and positioning accuracy.
Solution:
Gently wipe the radar surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove all moisture.
3️⃣ Radar Cover Still Attached
If your mower is equipped with a radar protective cover, ensure it is removed during normal operation.
The cover is intended only for transport or storage.
Solution:
Remove the radar protective cover.
Restart the mower to allow it to re-localize on the map.
4️⃣ Significant Environmental Changes Near the Affected Area
Major changes in the environment near the problem area—such as new or removed structures, trees, or tall crops (e.g., corn)—can affect the mower’s positioning accuracy.
Solution:
Enter map editing mode in areas where positioning is normal.
Adjust or redraw mowing and no-mow zones near the affected area.
5️⃣ Open or Featureless Mowing Areas
In some cases, very open areas or regions lacking distinct features can make it difficult for the mower to accurately locate itself.
Solution:
Add artificial landmarks (small poles, markers, or other visible points) to help the radar and visual system identify reference points.
Edit the map and adjust boundaries near the markers to improve positioning accuracy and stability.
6️⃣ Dirty Reflective Panels on the Charging Station
If the mower reports positioning loss near the charging station or within 1 meter in front of it, dirty reflective panels could be the cause.
Solution:
Clean the reflective panels on and in front of the charging station.
7️⃣ Low Obstacles in the Mowing Area
Low objects blocking a large portion of the radar’s field of view can interfere with positioning.
Solution:
Remove or relocate low obstacles in the mowing area to ensure clear radar detection.

The mover ran without problems on the 23/5 and returned to charging when finished about 13:53.
13:57 it’s start charging and 14:02 sleep mode.
Then suddenly 24/5 mover anomaly/ sleep mode and now there’s no connection and long message from the mover.
