In most cases, poor Wi-Fi signal strength or a long distance between the mower and the Wi-Fi source can affect remote control functionality. We recommend switching to the mower's 4G network to ensure a stable and reliable connection.
Tips:
If the Wi-Fi disconnects, it may take up to 5 minutes to reconnect, during which remote control will not be possible.
