If your mower’s actual working time does not match the schedule set in the app, it may not necessarily be a malfunction. Several factors could cause the mower to delay or skip scheduled tasks.
Possible Causes
Low Battery Level (below 80%)
The mower will not leave the charging station to start mowing if its battery level is below 80%. Please ensure the mower is sufficiently charged before the scheduled time.Battery Critically Low (below 20%)
When the battery level drops below 20%, the mower will automatically return to the charging station and suspend its current task.System Time Zone Settings
Time differences between summer time (DST) and winter time can cause mismatches between the actual and scheduled mowing times. Please check and confirm that the time zone setting in your app matches your local time zone.Rain Sensor Setting
If rain mowing mode is turned off, the mower will not start mowing during rain—even if it’s the scheduled time. You can wait for the rain sensor to reset or enable rain mowing mode if you prefer mowing in light rain.
⚠️ We do not recommend mowing in the rain, as it may affect lawn health.
If the Issue Persists
If none of the above reasons apply and the mower still does not follow the planned schedule, please submit a support ticket and include a screenshot of your schedule settings, so our engineers can help investigate further.
