When the mower is leaving or returning to the charging station, ensure there are no obstacles or people blocking its path.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve issues with obstacle detection during docking or undocking:
-
Ensure Proper Charging Station Placement
The charging station should be installed with at least 0.5m (1.6ft) of clear space on both sides and 2m (6.5ft) of unobstructed space in front. The minimum width for the return path should be 77cm (30in).

If the charging station placement does not meet these guidelines, adjust its location and the return path accordingly.
-
Check for Obstacles
Inspect the area around the charging station and along the return path for any obstacles. Clear away anything that may block, cover, or surround the charging station.
-
Verify the Emergency Stop Button
Check if the emergency stop button has been pressed. If it has, press and hold the “OK” button to clear the alert and resume operation.
-
Reposition the Mower
If the mower has lost its positioning, manually guide it back to the charging station to recalibrate its location.
