How do I reset Neomow X to factory settings?

Ensure that your phone is successfully connected to the machine via the app.

1. Open the app, tap "Connect," and then select the middle button in the bottom navigation bar to access the control interface.
   
   
   
2. In the control interface, tap the three dots icon in the top right corner. From the options that appear, select "Device Settings."
   
   
   
3. In the pop-up options, tap "Restore Factory Settings." The system will prompt you to confirm the action. Once confirmed, the machine will be reset to its factory default settings.
