If your mower is experiencing movement-related issues, such as slipping, abnormal driving behavior, poor traction, or wheel-related errors, please follow the inspection steps below to check whether the drive wheels are functioning properly.
1. Check for Foreign Objects Around the Drive Wheels
Carefully inspect:
- The drive wheels
- The wheel arch area inside the housing
Please check whether any grass, stones, branches, mud, or other foreign objects are blocking the wheel movement.
2. Manually Rotate the Left and Right Drive Wheels
Rotate both drive wheels by hand and compare:
- Resistance while turning
- Smoothness of rotation
- Rotation sound
Please observe whether the left and right wheels feel consistent.
If one wheel feels significantly tighter, rougher, noisier, or harder to rotate, it may indicate a wheel or motor-related issue.
3. Remove the Drive Wheel for Inspection
Remove the wheel hub decorative cover and loosen the drive wheel fixing nut to detach the drive wheel.
After removing the wheel, carefully inspect:
- Whether any parts inside the wheel arch are damaged
- Whether the wheel structure is cracked, loose, or abnormal
- Whether any internal components appear damaged or displaced
