Regular maintenance of the caster wheels helps keep your Neomow moving smoothly and maintaining good traction.
Follow the steps below to clean and lubricate the caster wheels.
1. Clean the Caster Wheels
Grass clippings, mud, and other debris trapped inside or around the wheels can reduce traction and affect the mower's ability to navigate slopes.
Turn the mower on its side or upside down. If turning it upside down, place a sponge or soft cloth underneath to protect the LiDAR from damage.
- Use a soft-bristled brush to remove grass clippings and debris trapped between the wheels and surrounding components.
- Use a plastic scraper to remove mud and stubborn dirt from the wheel hubs. Avoid using sharp tools, as they may damage the tires.
2. Lubricate the Caster Wheels
Apply the white grease supplied in the maintenance kit to the designated areas to ensure smooth wheel movement.

3. Check the Caster Wheel Movement
Manually rotate and retract the caster wheels to check for any sticking, resistance, or abnormal movement.
If you notice anything unusual, please record a video showing the wheel movement and send it to us at support@hookii.com. Our support team will review the issue and determine whether a wheel replacement is necessary.
