How to Inspect the Caster Wheel (Omni Wheel)

If you suspect any issues with your mower’s caster wheel, please follow the steps below to inspect and verify its condition.

Step 1: Rotate the Caster Wheel

• Rotate the caster wheel by hand and check for any rubbing or scraping between the wheel and the housing.

• Ensure the wheel spins freely without obstruction.

Step 2: Push and Pull the Caster Wheel Vertically

• Move the caster wheel up and down to check if it slides smoothly.

• There should be no significant resistance or stiffness.

Step 3: Remove and Inspect the Caster Wheel

• Unscrew the three fixing screws to remove the caster wheel.

• Inspect the wheel and internal components for any issues.
