How to clean the machine?

To ensure your Neomow X remains in excellent condition and to extend its lifespan, please follow the steps below for cleaning and maintenance:

1. Power Off Before Cleaning

• Before cleaning, press and hold the power button until the logo light turns off to ensure the mower is turned off.

2. Clean the Mower's Exterior

• Use a soft brush or damp cloth to gently clean the exterior of the mower.
• Avoid using alcohol, gasoline, acetone, or other corrosive/volatile solvents, as they may damage the mower's appearance or internal components.

3. Maintain the Charging Station

• Regularly check the charging station and remove any debris or dirt from the surface to ensure smooth docking.
• If there is dirt or foreign objects on the charging station, disconnect the power before cleaning.

4. Clean the Chassis and Blade Disc

• Turn the mower over and place it on a soft mat. Use a soft brush to clean the dirt and grass clippings from the blade disc and chassis.
• Inspect the blade disc and blades:
  Ensure the blade disc can rotate freely and that the blades move freely on the spindle without visible damage.

5. Clean the Wheels

• Remove any grass clippings, dirt, or other debris from the wheels. Keeping the wheels clean will improve the mower’s ability to climb and ensure good traction.

6. Clean the LIDAR, Camera, and Rain Sensors

• When the app indicates that sensors are obstructed, follow these steps to clean:
  Gently wipe the sensor and camera lenses with a damp cloth or tissue until the surface is clean and free of dust.
  After cleaning, use a dry cloth to wipe away any remaining moisture and avoid leaving water marks.

7. Important Notes

• Always power off and disconnect the mower before flipping it over or cleaning the chassis.
• Never use a high-pressure water jet to rinse the mower or charging station, as this could damage the electronics.
• If the exterior is dirty, gently wipe it with a damp cloth.
