If your mower is producing abnormal noise from the cutting deck during operation, please follow the steps below to help identify at which cutting height the noise is most noticeable. This information will help our technical team analyze the issue more efficiently.
Step 1: Connect to the Device and Enter Manual Mode
After connecting the mower in the APP, enter Manual Mode.
Step 2: Turn On the Mowing Motor and Adjust the Cutting Height
Tap the motor button in the upper-right corner to start the blade motor.
Then gradually adjust the cutting height to the following levels one by one:
30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 mm
At each height, carefully observe whether there is any obvious abnormal noise coming from the cutting deck.
Step 3: Send the Results to Us

- At which cutting height the abnormal noise is most obvious
- A video recording if possible
