Our mower is equipped with an obstacle avoidance height setting, which helps the device detect and avoid obstacles on the lawn. There are four available height options:
10 cm
15 cm
20 cm
25 cm
What does the height setting mean?
When you select a certain height, the mower will treat any object taller than this value as an obstacle and try to avoid it.
For example:
If you set the height to 15 cm, any object higher than 15 cm will be recognized as an obstacle.
This also includes tall grass. So if your lawn is around 20–25 cm, the mower may frequently trigger obstacle alerts even on flat ground. This happens because the set avoidance height is too low.
Recommendation
Choose the obstacle avoidance height according to the average grass height on your lawn.
If your grass is usually taller (e.g., 20–25 cm), consider setting the height to 20 cm or 25 cm to reduce unnecessary obstacle alerts.
Regular mowing will also help ensure smoother performance.
