As the UK is no longer part of the EU, all orders shipped from our German warehouse to UK addresses are subject to customs duties and VAT under UK import regulations.
Here’s what to expect: once your order is dispatched, DHL will contact you by email within 3–5 working days with a secure payment link for the customs charges. Please complete the payment within 7 days to avoid any delays — if the payment is not made within this time, the parcel will unfortunately be returned to our warehouse in Germany.
We understand this extra step can be inconvenient, so we will fully reimburse you for the customs fee. Simply send us a screenshot or proof of your payment once it’s completed, and we will process the refund promptly.
