If you need to return your Neomow X due to a defect or quality issue, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Just reach out to our support team, and we’ll arrange everything for you.

📦 Customer-Responsibility for Non-Defective Returns

If you decide to return Neomow X for other reasons—such as a change of mind—return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. A 15% restocking fee also applies to non-defective returns. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that our policies are designed to be fair and transparent.
