Is VAT and the customs fee included in the price?

The price listed on our website already includes VAT, shipping fees, and other applicable costs for customers in the following regions: United States, Canada, European Union (EU) countries. Once your payment is completed, you won’t need to pay any additional charges for your machine within these regions.

If your region is not listed above, there may be additional VAT or shipping fees. For United Kingdom (UK) orders, customs duties and VAT are required by local regulations. After we ship your order, DHL will send you an email in 3–5 working days with a payment link. You must pay within 7 days, or the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
Once you have paid, please send us proof of payment and we will fully refund the customs fee. If you haven’t received the DHL email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

However, please note that the total amount charged may vary depending on your payment method. If you choose to pay using an international bank card, fluctuations in exchange rates and any applicable foreign transaction fees may affect the final amount charged to your account.

These additional fees are applied by your bank or credit card issuer, and they will not be reflected in your online order summary. For more specific information regarding these charges, we recommend contacting your bank directly.
