The Neomow X and Neomow X2 series use the same official mobile app.

To set up and control your Neomow X2 mower, please download the app by searching for “HOOKII” in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. You may also scan the QR code below to download the app directly.

Once installed, open the HOOKII App and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your Neomow X2 device.
