If your Neomow is already connected to the app, please follow these steps:
- On the home page of the app, tap the three dots on the machine details page.
- Tap the trash can icon in the top right corner and confirm to delete.
- Register with a new email and reconnect your machine to complete the process.
If your Neomow is not yet connected to the app, please follow these steps:
- Simply register a new account using a new email.
- Connect your machine, and the change will be complete.
