Repair Process and Duration
Once your device arrives at our service center, typical repair times vary by season:
Summer: approximately 7–10 business days
Winter: approximately 10–14 business days
The longer duration in winter is due to the high volume of maintenance and repair requests during this period.
Shipping to and from the service center adds additional time, which varies by region:
European Union countries: total turnaround time (including shipping) is approximately 15 business days in summer and 20 business days in winter.
Non-EU countries: customs clearance and shipping can extend the period to 20–30 business days.
North America (USA & Canada): total turnaround time is approximately 15–20 business days.
If replacement parts are not immediately available, the repair timeline may be further extended. All replacement parts used are original parts, which may be new or refurbished but retain the original warranty coverage.
After Repair
Once your device is repaired, it will undergo a quality inspection at our service center before being securely packaged and shipped back to you. The device will be sent to the original shipping address. If you would like to update the delivery address, please contact our customer support team before the device is shipped.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information to keep you updated throughout the shipping process.
