Important Notes:

Factory Reset:
If you are returning the product, please reset it to its factory settings before packing. This ensures the product is ready for return and helps protect your personal data.
However, if you are sending the product in for repair, a factory reset is not necessary—you can simply send it as is. -
Map Backup:
If you are sending the product in for repair, we recommend backing up your map in advance. In some repair cases, the mainboard may be replaced, which could result in the map data being cleared and require remapping.To back up your map, please power on the device and contact our support team. Let us know that you would like to back up the map, and we will assist you with the remote backup process.

Include All Components:
When returning a product, please make sure to include all components in the box—especially the adapter and charging dock. Missing items may delay or affect your refund process.
If your product is being sent in for repair, you may return only the necessary parts as instructed by our agent.

Proper Packaging:
Follow the instructions in the packing video to securely pack the machine. Please use the packing materials that were originally included in your package. If you do not have them, please use other packing materials to ensure the machine is properly supported and to avoid any damage during the return shipment.
If the product is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, you may be held responsible for the damages. -
Timely Shipping:
Please ship the item within 7 calendar days after receiving the return notification email to avoid delays in processing your return.
