How to Add and Connect Your Neomow L Series Mower

Follow the steps below to add your Neomow L Series mower to the HOOKII App and connect it to the Internet.

1. Turn on Bluetooth and Location

Before setting up your mower, go to your phone's Settings and turn on:

• Bluetooth
• Location Services

⚠️ Important: Do not add or pair the HOOKII mower from your phone's Bluetooth device list. Simply turn on Bluetooth and add the mower through the HOOKII App.

2. Download and Set Up the HOOKII App

Download and install the HOOKII App on your phone.

When prompted, allow the App to access your phone's Bluetooth and Location Services. These permissions are required to search for and add your mower.

Open the HOOKII App and create an account or log in.

3. Add Your Mower

Follow the Add Device instructions in the App to add your mower.

During the setup process, keep your phone as close to the mower as possible. This helps the App detect the mower more easily and improves the chances of a successful connection.

4. Connect to the Mower via 4G

After the mower has been successfully added, 4G is enabled by default.

Tap Connect in the App to connect to the mower.

5. Connect the Mower to Wi-Fi

You can also connect the mower to your home Wi-Fi network.

On the App's home page, tap the Wi-Fi icon and follow the instructions to configure your home Wi-Fi network.

Once Wi-Fi is connected, the mower will use Wi-Fi instead of 4G for its Internet connection.

If you want the mower to switch back to 4G, simply turn off the Wi-Fi connection in the App.
