Your Neomow L Series mower can automatically return to the charging station when its battery is low. You can also manually send the mower back to the charging station through the mower or the App.
1. Charge the Mower Before First Use
After long-term storage, the mower may have a low battery level. Before using it for the first time, fully charge the mower.
Place the mower in the charging station and make sure the charging contacts on the mower are properly connected with the charging contacts on the charging station.
During charging, the charging station shows a solid green light, and the mower’s indicator flashes green.
2. Automatic Charging
After you have created a map in the App, the mower will automatically return to the charging station when its battery level drops below the set low-battery threshold during mowing.
The factory default threshold is below 20%.
After the mower is fully charged, it can resume mowing according to its mowing plan.
3. Manually Return the Mower to the Charging Station
You can also manually send the mower back to the charging station:
- Press the HOME + OK buttons on the mower.
- Tap the Recharge button in the App.
The mower will return to the charging station and begin charging.
Charging Safety
- Do not charge the mower if the mower, power supply, charging station, or power outlet is damaged.
- Do not charge the mower when the ambient temperature is above 50°C (122°F) or below 0°C (32°F). The recommended charging temperature is 25 ± 2°C (77 ± 2°F).
- The battery has a built-in temperature protection mechanism. If the battery temperature is outside the safe charging range, the mower may return to the charging station but will not charge until the battery temperature returns to a safe range.
- If the battery temperature exceeds the safe discharge limit during operation, the mower will stop mowing and return to the charging station until the temperature returns to a safe range.
- Stop charging immediately if you notice any unusual odor or sound, and contact HOOKII Support.
- Keep the mower and charging station away from flammable or explosive materials while charging.
