Important:
Protect the LiDAR sensor. When you turn the mower upside down for easier access, place foam padding or a soft cloth on your workbench or the floor before turning it over. Ensure the LiDAR sensor is adequately protected from direct contact with the surface to prevent scratches or damage.
Cleaning Frequency
We recommend inspecting and cleaning the following components at least once a week:
- Blades and cutting disc
- Wheels
- LiDAR sensor
- Camera
- Rain sensor
Clean these components more frequently during rainy weather or when mowing on wet or muddy ground.
In humid weather: Before starting the mower each morning, check the LiDAR sensor for condensation, moisture, or dirt. If any is present, gently wipe it dry with a soft cloth to prevent interference with normal operation.
1. Clean the Mower's Exterior
- Turn off the mower by pressing and holding the power button until the logo light turns off.
- Use a soft brush or cloth to thoroughly remove grass clippings, dust, mud, and other debris from the mower's exterior.
- Do not use alcohol, gasoline, acetone, or other corrosive or volatile solvents, as these may damage the mower's exterior surfaces and internal components.
Important:
- Never use a high-pressure washer to clean the mower or charging station, as this may damage electronic components.
2. Clean the Chassis and Cutting Disc
- Press and hold the power button until the logo light turns off to ensure the mower is switched off.
- Turn the mower upside down.
- Use a garden hose with a gentle flow of water (never a high-pressure washer) or a soft brush to remove grass clippings, dirt, and debris from the chassis and cutting disc.
- Check that the cutting disc rotates freely and that each blade can move freely around its mounting pin.
- Inspect the blades for visible damage, chips, or excessive wear. Replace any damaged blades according to the blade replacement instructions.
Important: Keep water away from areas that must not be exposed to water, and never use a high-pressure washer.
3. Clean the LiDAR Sensor, Camera, and Rain Sensor
- Press and hold the power button until the logo light turns off to switch off the mower.
- Use a clean, soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the exposed surfaces of the LiDAR sensor, the camera lens, and the rain sensor.
- Continue wiping gently until all dust, moisture, and visible dirt have been removed.
Important: Do not use abrasive materials or cleaning solvents, and avoid applying excessive pressure to the sensor surfaces or camera lens.
4. Clean the Wheels
Grass clippings, mud, and other debris trapped in or around the wheels can reduce traction and affect the mower's ability to climb slopes.
- Turn the mower upside down.
- Use a soft brush to remove grass clippings and debris trapped between the wheels and surrounding components.
- Use a plastic scraper to remove mud and other stubborn debris from the wheel surfaces. Avoid using sharp tools that could damage the tires.
Final Check
After cleaning, check that the cutting disc and blades move freely, the wheels are free of debris, and the LiDAR sensor, camera, and rain sensor are clean and dry before resuming operation.
