Neomow X2 Series - How to Clean and Maintain the Charging Station

1. When Should You Clean the Charging Station?

You should clean the charging station when you observe any of the following on the charging contacts:

• Black spots on the contacts
• Rust or corrosion
• Oxidation or discoloration
• Any visible dirt buildup affecting the metal surface

These conditions may affect charging stability and connection quality.

2. How to Clean the Charging Contacts

Please follow the steps below carefully:

Step 1: Power Off for Safety

Disconnect both the mower and the charging station from power to avoid short circuits or electric shock.

Step 2: Basic Cleaning

Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the charging contacts on both the station and the mower. Please check whether there is any grass debris inside the robot's charging port and clean it promptly if necessary.

3. How to Confirm the Cleaning Is Complete

The cleaning is complete when all of the following conditions are met:

• There are no black spots or residue left on the charging contacts.
• There are no visible signs of oxidation or corrosion.
• Both the charging station contacts and the contacts on the rear of the mower are clean, bright metal surfaces.

Maintenance Recommendations

During the peak mowing season, we recommend checking the charging contacts every two weeks. If you notice any dirt, debris, or oxidation, clean the contacts promptly by following the steps above.
