How to Fix Abnormal Battery Drain on the Neomow X?

If you notice that your machine’s battery is draining unusually fast, try the following steps to resolve the issue by fully draining the battery:

• Turn off the charging station

  Unplug the charging station so that the power indicator light turns off completely.
  

  
  
  

• Turn on the mower manually
  Press and hold the power button until the Hookii indicator light on the mower turns on. Then, place the mower onto the unpowered charging station.
  
  
  
• Allow the battery to fully discharge
  Wait until the mower’s battery is completely drained and the machine shuts down automatically.
  
  
• Try powering it on again
  Ensure that the battery is completely drained. Sometimes, a small amount of residual power may allow the machine to power on briefly. If the machine turns on, wait until it automatically shuts down. Once it shuts down, try powering it on again. Repeat this process until the machine either powers on and immediately shuts off or fails to power on at all.
  
  
• Reconnect the charging station
  Plug the charging station back in and place the powered-off mower onto it to recharge. Once it's fully charged, turn on the mower and check if it can operate normally.
