How to share your Neomow with another user

If you'd like to allow a family member or friend to use your lawnmower, just follow these simple steps to share the device:

• Connect to the Lawnmower

  Open the Neomow App and tap the “Connect” button to make sure your phone is properly connected to the lawnmower.
  
  
  

• Access Device Settings

  Tap the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen to open the device menu.
  
  
  

• Start Device Sharing

  1. In the Device Control menu, tap “Device Sharing.”
  
  
  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to share the mower with. Make sure it’s the same email they will use to log into the Neomow App.
  
  

• Accepting the Shared Device

  1. The invited person should log into the Neomow App using the email address you entered.
  

  2. After accepting the invitation, the mower won’t automatically appear in the Neomow app. Please make sure to connect the mower manually. You can click here for a step-by-step guide on how to do it.

Once they’ve successfully added the device, they’ll be able to use the mower just like you do — easy and convenient!
