Neomow X includes three models: Neomow X Lite, Neomow X, and Neomow X Pro. If you'd like to confirm which model you've received, please follow these steps:
- After receiving your robot, you can connect it to the Neomow app.
- Once connected, your purchased model will appear directly on the app homepage, just below the machine serial number.

To ensure you can see this information, please check that your app version is:

iOS: 1.0.10 or later

Android: 1.0.9 or later
To verify your current app version, simply tap on 'My,' then select 'Current Version' to view your app's version.
If you're using an older version and see "Hookii Neomow X" instead of your specific model, please note that earlier versions only displayed the series information. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

Update the App: Click here to visit the download page and update to the latest version.

Restart the Device: After updating, restart your device to apply the new settings.
